Waste of money because the condition of room was very poor smell are coming ft-om room and the paint are damaged no lock in the door

There were no locks on door n i asked for room change they completely denied it. We have payed whole amount after that they haven’t give me the same room which has shown in the makemy訂房網站 gallery, the room which they have allotted was not proper bathroom windows were broken, no lock on door, no phone service.

Very dirty room and toilet they're charging for deluxe room but there is no deluxe room all rooms are remain same mosquitoes cpckroch are in multiple no in rooms no water bottle in room veryyyyyy dirty guest house

Dirty rooms & rude staff, no hot water, bad toilet fittings, tv not working, no water bottles provided, no toiletries provided. Cigarettes were thrown inside bathroom - not clean at all. Rooms & toilets were covered with spider webs. I paid for 2 deluxe rooms but they allotted 1 deluxe & 1 standard (lower grade) room. I booked rooms after seeing the rooms first and they exactly confirmed which 2 deluxe rooms they will give. After 2-3 minutes when i came with my booking receipt they got angry & irritated because i didn’t booked directly with them and as a result, they gave me 1 lower grade room. They provided several rubbish excuses for not giving deluxe room. I also told them to return the difference amount of big-small room but they said - its your own problem & we won’t refund any money. They had such an unprofessional & impolite approach with guests. I could see that anger inside them for me because of me booking rooms at cheaper rates. Why will a person book a hotel room directly if it is expensive? i had no other choice than to take out a night in this nonsense hotel because we came from a long distance driving car. I stayed with my family (4 adults & 1 infant) - having baby of 5 months old. They were disrespectful. They didn’t even called house keeping person for carrying luggage to the room on 2nd & 3rd floor. There are only 2 person in hotel working as housekeeping and security both. They are working like a deaf person. As per the number of person we asked to give us bath towels. But they didn’t listen. I went downstairs 2-3 times then after 2 hours they gave us only 2 towels. Other towels were provided next day in morning. They won’t understand only what you have asked for - working as if they are drunken. You have to tell them again and again. There is no intercom facility in the rooms as well. Please please please - never ever book your stay in this hotel - whatever you will pay for this hotel, it will be 100% waste. If you choose this hotel - you will surely experience a disrespectful & pathetic stay.
